SharePoint Change Management Template

SharePoint is an excellent platform to management changes in an organization. The change order or request form is the most important piece of the change management system. The template includes a change order form web part that displays the details along with its associated tasks and events, stored in separate lists.

The change order lists web part displays all orders within the change orders list, filtered by various criteria.

The template also includes three lists:

  • Change Orders – List of change orders
  • Change Order Tasks – List of related tasks for a change order
  • Change Order Events – List of related events for a change order
