Background Color - Color of the scrolling banner background.
Font Weight - Weight of the text font.
Font Size - Size of the text font.
Font Color - Color of the text font.
Font Border - Border type of the banner.
Banner Size - Width of the banner.
Scrolling Text - Text to scroll within the banner.
